18 people have been confirmed dead and also United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon says he has dispatched Deputy UN Secretary General Asha Rose Migiro to Nigeria immediately to liase with Nigerian Agencies over the bombing and will be calling president GEJ soon.
